For optimum operation of drive systems, it is not enough to simply select the right frequency inverter or motor - the correct complementary products also play a decisive role.
Whether for network quality, safety or system longevity: filters, braking resistors, motor feeders and load-break switches ensure smooth, safe and energy-efficient operation.
As a system partner, we offer you not only the main components, but also all the necessary supplementary products directly from a single source.
Our complementary products
Motor outlets
Motor outlets are used to individually protect and control individual motors within a system. They protect each drive against overload, short circuit or residual currents and enable the targeted shutdown of individual motors without interrupting the operation of the entire system.
Typical areas of application:
- Multi-motor systems in which several drives run in parallel
- Conveyor lines where individual sections have to be controlled separately
- Production lines where maintenance or repairs need to be carried out without stopping the entire system
- Building automation and larger ventilation systems with many motors
Switch-disconnector
Load-break switches ensure the safe and reliable disconnection of drive systems under load. They are a key element for personal and system protection, as they enable safe disconnection even at full operating voltage.
Typical areas of application
- Control cabinets and machines that are regularly maintained or checked
- Installations in which an emergency stop or safe disconnection is required
- Distribution cabinets in industrial or building services applications
- Mobile installations or construction sites where frequent disconnections are required
Braking resistors
In many drives, energy must be dissipated in a controlled manner during braking. Without this dissipation, the energy can build up in the system and overload the frequency inverter.
Braking resistors reliably convert the excess braking energy into heat and thus prevent damage to the electronics.
Typical areas of application
- Hoists, cranes and elevators that slow down and stop frequently
- Conveyor belts, winding and packaging machines that require quick stops and starts
- Test benches and dynamic machines with high load changes
- Applications where safe and precise braking behavior is required
