How often should my frequency converter be serviced?

Our frequency inverters are generally maintenance-free. However, we recommend replacing the fans every 5-7 years and checking the cooling channel. Shorter intervals may be advisable in dusty or humid environments.

Can I perform firmware updates myself?

Yes, but we recommend coordinating this with our support team to avoid compatibility issues.

Is there training available on how to operate the frequency converters?

Yes, we offer on-site training - just get in touch with us!

How long will spare parts for my frequency converter be available?

We generally guarantee the availability of spare parts for 10 years after product discontinuation.
