Solar storage tanks from ELEKTRON banish the darkness
Falling feed-in tariffs and new remuneration models are changing the electricity market. In an interview with Construction & Real Estate, Peter Dietiker explains how ELEKTRON is responding to this development
Electricity prices are falling - and with them the return tariffs. What sounds good for consumers is an economic risk for PV owners. Those who continue to give away their solar power instead of using it themselves will lose out in future.
From 2026, there is a threat of a system change: retroactive remuneration, low market prices, lack of planning security. The consequence? Storage will become mandatory.
In our latest interview (published in "Construction & Real Estate" by @Pointers GmbH with the Tages-Anzeiger Schweiz), our Managing Director Peter Dietiker explains
- why ELEKTRON opted for lithium iron phosphate early on
- what role we play as a solution provider for installers and planners
- and how we are preparing for the coming battery boom.
