With a form factor tailored to the component, Tamura's 2-channel gate drivers provide the ideal solution for Mitsubishi's NX-Dual, Std-62mm or LV100 types as well as EconoPACKTM and PrimePACKTM. To ensure high reliability in failure-prone, demanding environments, Tamura has built them with a capacitive isolation system.

The modular system comprises the three stages DC-DC converter (DC-DC power supply), driver stage (gate driver module) and gate resistor (gate driver unit).
