Tamura IGBT and SiC driver solutions in modular system
With a form factor tailored to the component, Tamura's 2-channel gate drivers provide the ideal solution for Mitsubishi's NX-Dual, Std-62mm or LV100 types as well as EconoPACKTM and PrimePACKTM. To ensure high reliability in failure-prone, demanding environments, Tamura has built them with a capacitive isolation system.
The modular system allows you to choose the level of integration to suit the application. You decide whether a DC-DC power supply or a gate driver module is sufficient or whether you need a ready-made gate driver unit.
The modular system includes the three stages DC-DC converter (DC-DC Power Supply), driver stage (Gate Driver Module) and gate resistor (Gate Driver Unit).
